Niō Zen
[edit]Hi there, and thanks for your contribution to Niō Zen! I noticed that several times you used language that shows Niō Zen and Suzuki Shōsan in a very favourable light. I think it would be well worth your while to read our policy on maintaining a neutral view and our guideline on "words to watch"; because this is an encyclopedia, we must portray our subjects in a neutral light. This means that we cannot say that Shōsan was "an inspirational teacher"; instead we must say he was "a teacher", or that "so-and-so said that Shōsan was an inspirational teacher". As encyclopaedia writers we must not let our personal opinions get in the way of writing neutrally; whatever you think about Niō Zen, when you write about it in Wikipedia you must put your opinions to one side and write from the perspective of a totally disinterested observer. Let me know if you have any questions about this. Best regards — Mr. Stradivarius ♫ 15:34, 29 March 2012 (UTC)
