Edit warring at Terri McCormick

[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Terri McCormick. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware that Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. 32.218.152.244 (talk) 02:09, 18 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Notice

[edit]

Information icon There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Robert McClenon (talk) 16:52, 1 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Please read the conflict of interest policy again. Please note that, if you are Terri McCormick, you are strongly discouraged from editing the article yourself, and if you do edit the article, your edits are likely to be reverted. Regardless of whether you are Terri McCormick (and we will trust that you are), all editors are strongly discouraged from inserting the sort of blatantly promotional language that you inserted and that was reverted. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for you to use to promote your professional career, and you do not have the right to request that a neutral description of your political career be deleted simply because it doesn't contain the right sort of marketing buzzspeak.
