Edits and reversion

[edit]

When you make an edit, then get reverted, please don't just re-apply the edit without giving a justification. That leads to edit wars, which are strictly prohibited. The polite thing to do is open a discussion on the article talk page. GA-RT-22 (talk) 21:15, 28 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Your username

[edit]

Hello! I have some concerns regarding your username, mainly that it seems to indicate that you are only here to add external links to articles. I don't think it necessarily violates policy, however it could cause some editors to jump to conclusions about you. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 16:04, 1 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I plan on adding some External Links soon eventually I just like sound of 'External Links' it just gives me a 'Library of Congress' sound to it if that makes sense External Links Library (talk) 02:57, 2 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I understand. Since there aren't any policy violating issues with your username you don't have to change it if you don't want to. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 03:01, 2 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:54, 28 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Materialscientist
I don't know what you consider "constructive" but last time I checked peddling a bunch of live by Jewish academics isn't exactly constructive for an open conversation External Links Library (talk) 11:28, 8 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent further vandalism, as you did at Diversity_(politics).
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 19:54, 8 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
