How to make your user page cool

[edit]

one thing you can do is add user boxes (the rectangle boxes on the right or my user page) you can also add a navigation bar (the thing with all the buttons on the top of my user page)

if you want to add user boxes I can help but for a navigation bar you should ask Thehelpfulone to get to his talk page just search User:Thehelpfulone in the search box on the left and click on talk in his navigation bar

USER BOXES

[edit]

Hi there sorry I took so long to get back to you If you would like to see all the user boxes avalible go to http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Userboxes The top part of the article may seem confusing so just scrol down to the Gallery part at the bottom where all the userbox templates are divided into categories

Smart Guy (talk) 22:29, 3 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Added A Userbox

[edit]

I hope you don't mind but I saw on your userpage that you were a patriot fan so I went ahead and added a patriot fan userbox

Smart Guy (talk) 00:02, 4 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

personally I prefer the giants but hey anything to help out a fellow wikipedian

Userboxen

[edit]

I'm not sure why it is not working but if you haven't already try reading the whole page. If it still won't work ask THE HELPFUL ONE you can find a link to his talk page on my talk page ( at the bottom of any of his posts) he is the one who helped me with my user page;)

Hi there: In response to your Userboxes question

[edit]

Hi there, in reply to your message about userboxes, please see this for more information about userboxes, and how you can set them out on your page, and create your own userboxes. For a list of all the available userboxes already for use, please see the gallery section of the page, where you have lots of links to different userboxes, by type.

I hope this helps!

The Tuck Rule game

[edit]

This was discussed in several places, including the article and the NFL Project talk page. Consensus was that the article was to be called The Tuck Rule game. Please do not move it again. —Torc. (Talk.) 19:34, 15 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Pardon?

[edit]

You recently hit my talk page with an attempt of putting the uw-create1 template? Since I haven't created any articles recently, what are you talking about?«»bd(talk stalk) 22:27, 21 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Where? I have not made any articles.«»bd(talk stalk) 00:45, 22 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I blanked a vandalized talk page. If you can revert it to before it was vandalized or feel like deleting it outright, more power to you, but adding vandalism back? Where does that make sense. I still have no idea what article I supposedly "created", and please stop making subsections on my talk page.«»bd(talk stalk) 00:56, 22 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Same thing here. — Laura Scudder 00:58, 22 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Response

[edit]

I highly doubt I vandalized a page. But you're new here. Thank you! --75.60.247.92 (talk) 16:13, 23 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please check my contributions first you can give me a warning. --75.60.247.92 (talk) 16:18, 23 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

User Boxes

[edit]

Hi there I noticed that your userboxes were in a jumble at t he bottom of your page so I put them into a column at the right side of your page If your would like me to undo what I have done or help you arrange them differently please let me know:) Smart Guy (talk) 13:09, 26 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Response

Hello there. I do not believe I have done anything wrong on any page. Unless you specify what I have done wrong, I can only see you in a bad light, and as a fraud. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.193.137.181 (talk) 21:51, 29 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

From the complaints above, it looks like has happened a few times. If you're going to drop a {{uw-warning}} template onto somebody, please be sure to include the specific article they're being warned for editing. You can do that by formating the warning like this {{subst:uw-vandalism2|Article Name}}. —Torc. (Talk.) 22:21, 29 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
and he even had to delete my talk page's whole history....68.193.137.181 (talk) 12:00, 1 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

New deal for page patrollers

[edit]

Hi Excitinginterception7,

In order to better control the quality of new pages, keep out the spam, and welcome the genuine newbies, the current system we introduced in 2011 is being updated and improved. The documentation and tutorials have also been revised and given a facelift. Most importantly a new user group New Page Reviewer has been created.

Under the new rule, you may find that you are temporarily unable to mark new pages as reviewed. However, this is nothing to worry about - most current experienced patrollers are being accorded the the new right without the need to apply, and if you have significant previous experience of patrolling new pages, we strongly encourage you to apply for the new right as soon as possible - we need all the help we can get, and we are now providing a dynamic, supportive environment for your work.

Find out more about this exiting new user right now at New Page Reviewers and be sure to read the new tutorial before applying. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 04:29, 13 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
