The article List of train departures in China has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Frankly, I'm baffled by this. Also, it is not encyclopedic: we are not a ... fill in the blank, lots of things, including a train schedule.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Drmies (talk) 02:26, 8 November 2019 (UTC)
How about merging it into the page G-series trains and other such pages? I think that they are just too short. Also, there are other lists concerning these transport stuff, (e.g. List of bus routes in Singapore. Frankly I'm quite new (just 3 days on the English wiki, 1 month on Chinese), and I remember seeing something called Wikivoyage. I once saw this page and it said that "if a travel guide is intended, the use of Wikivoyage is strongly recommended". So do you think this fits in there? 數神 (talk) 02:43, 8 November 2019 (UTC)
- I do not think they are too short. No, these schedules shouldn't be here. I don't know much about Wikivoyage; go ahead and give it a try. Drmies (talk) 02:45, 8 November 2019 (UTC)
- I will get it deleted in a short period of time, so please wait for me to copy the stuff. But I went on to Wikivoyage, and it doesn't seem suitable either. I'm not sure where to put these stuff, especially considering that my code to generate these data were written so specifically, and I want to find a Wiki-home for these data. 數神 (talk) 02:53, 8 November 2019 (UTC)
- I mean, if bus route lists are allowed, why aren't train schedules allowed? (Not questioning, just confused.) 數神 (talk) 03:03, 8 November 2019 (UTC)
- Also, I went to the page zh:巴黎公交20路—99路列表 (Meaning "List of bus routes in Paris from Route No. 20 to No. 99"), which also included each stop of each route. So what is the true difference that makes that one okay and this one not? Thanks. 數神 (talk) 03:10, 8 November 2019 (UTC)
Deleted. 數神 (talk) 05:03, 8 November 2019 (UTC)
But I still have one question: as I have the whole database with me, is it acceptable if I write a simplified version of the table keeping only the route number and the two termini? This looks less like a schedule and might be accepted. Please tell me whether it is okay. 數神 (talk) 07:35, 8 November 2019 (UTC)
Creation of article Nanning East Railway Station
I want to ask if it is okay to re-create the pages made by User:Cnrail37592114, a sockpuppet of User:Tratra22395768, in particular the page about Nanning East Railway Station, which User:Timotheus Canens deleted about 9 years ago. The size and significance of this station is (now) large, and seriously deserves an article. I am not a sock puppet of User:Tratra22395768. So is it acceptable for me to create that page again (and maybe other Chinese railway-related articles)? Please reply to me ASAP. 數神 (talk) 05:51, 12 November 2019 (UTC)
- It depends on what you mean by "recreate." If you mean that you want to write articles on these subjects because you have enough sources at your disposal to prove they're notable then sure, but if you just want to run an automated script like they did, forget it. 78.28.45.145 (talk) 09:59, 12 November 2019 (UTC)
- Basically what was said above. You are welcome to create a new article about the station if you think it meets Wikipedia's notability criteria. Yunshui 雲水 11:26, 12 November 2019 (UTC)

AfC notice
Please don't remove AfC decline notices and comments left by AfC reviewers on a draft page. The comments are there not only for your benefit, but also for the benefit of other AfC reviewers and other editors. If the draft is eventually approved, all of the comments and templates previously added will be removed the AfC reviewer who approves it.
It's also not really wise to submitted a declined draft for another review pretty much immediately after it has been declined. If all that was wrong with the draft were some simple formatting fixes, it most likely wouldn't have been declined in the first place. So, if you have questions as to why the draft was declined, you can always ask for clarification on the reviewers user talk page or at WP:AFCHELP. Resubmitting a declined draft so quickly can be easily be mistaken for trying to WP:GAME the system and for "AfC reviewer shopping" in the hope that the next time will lead to a different result. -- Marchjuly (talk) 01:29, 21 November 2019 (UTC)
- Okay, I understand. I am quite new to Wikipedia though, so... thanks for teaching me. I guess I was editing when the article was declined, so I accidentally resubmitted it. Thanks. 數神 (talk) 01:34, 21 November 2019 (UTC)

GeoffreyT2000 (talk) 19:31, 7 December 2019 (UTC)數神 I am not sure what you want with that sandbox, but I sure hope you are not going to actually use that: it is much too aggressive for a collaborative environment. Threatening to "blow up" or "nuke" some other user is just not cool. Drmies (talk) 04:04, 12 December 2019 (UTC)

- Don't worry - never!
- (Most of) these warnings aren't generated by bots. While bots (e.g. CueBot NG) may not be aware of what happened between us, other users will be. They won't consider you to have vandalised on the basis of my
striken-outmessage. - There isn't reaally a "blacklist" system for mild vandals. Even actual vandals, as log as their mistakes aren't so bad, can be re-accepted by the community and turn out to be good Wikipedians! This little incident won't really affect anything. tLoM (The Lord of Math) (Message; contribs) 07:03, 12 January 2020 (UTC)

Hello, The Lord of Math
Thank you for creating Markov constant.
User:CaptainEek, while examining this page as a part of our page curation process, had the following comments:
This article is exceedingly dense, and also lacking in references. While articles on math should be appropriately technical, they must also be understandable by the average person. Please endeavor to add well-written prose that explains the concept simply.

Regarding the removal of my edits
Hello Lord of the Math,I’m pretty sure you misjudged what I was editing,this is an anime regarding fictional characters meaning there aren’t any actual “living people’s biography” I could edit if I wanted to(save the author)maybe you mistook it for that but that’s not what I did .
Also i was wondering if yo could expound on your claim of me “vandalizing” when all ok doing is editing a few words and rearranging sentences which unless that actually counts when it comes to Wikipedia doesn’t really seem fair. Hoping we can resolve this civilly thanks KDrayton33 (talk) 08:17, 20 January KDrayton33 (talk) 08:35, 20 January 2020 (UTC)
so after looking at the proper term for Wikipedia’s version of vandalism it explicitly states “even if misguided,any good faith effort to improve the encyclopedia is not vandalism” and that “if it is clear that an editor is intending to improve Wikipedia their edits are not vandalism,even if they violate some core policy” and that’s exavtky what I did. If you look at the changes you can see how not once did I intentionally try to harm the page or slander people’s other works,rather improving and removing unnecessary remarks towards fictional characters. I meant zero harm so it really struck me as odd when I was being accused of doing so
Especially when the rules also state “mislabeling good-faith edits as vandalism can be harmful,as it makes users less likely to respond to corrective advice. For that reason adviid hsing the term unless it’s cellar the user means to harm Wikipedia. So again maybe there was a misstep but my intentions were pure from the start. Hope that clears some things up KDrayton33 (talk) 08:41, 20 January 2020 (UTC)
