Speedy deletion nomination of Yevgeniy Malyarchuk
[edit]Hello Eugene m1999,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Yevgeniy Malyarchuk for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Request reason:
The account should be ublocked because it was in the first place the article that was created by me was speedily deleted without any warning and it should be restored as well because I was writing of an upcoming eurovision celebrity who is popular in the Eurovision comunity, I have understood that some words should have been changed to sound not promoting in any way but rather biographical. Decline reason:
You are blocked for abusing multiple accounts. In your next unblock request, you should address this reason. PhilKnight (talk) 22:16, 8 August 2019 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
I will address this again, the other account was created because the article that I am writing is being deleted repeatedly even tho it shouldn't be, I am always trying to perfect it under the Wikipedia guidelines but it is immediately suggested for speedy deletion without any warnings and without any chance for me to change what is wrong with it! The disputes still haven't been answered! The account should be unblocked because it was in the first place the article that was created by me was speedily deleted without any warning and it should be restored as well because I was writing of an upcoming Eurovision celebrity who is popular in the Eurovision community, I have understood that some words should have been changed to sound not promoting in any way but rather biographical.Eugene m1999 (talk) 13:37, 10 August 2019 (UTC)
Decline reason:
So rather than address the problems with your editing you thought you'd break a few more of the site's rules by creating other accounts? That's not encouraging, and strongly suggests that you are here to push an agenda rather than contribute to an encyclopedia. Yunshui 雲水 13:54, 10 August 2019 (UTC)

The reason is that my account should not have been blocked in the first place, I understood the problem right now please unblock me Eugene m1999 (talk) 14:24, 10 August 2019 (UTC)
Decline reason:
There are legitimate ways to contest a deletion or request that an article be undeleted. Creating sock puppets to continue to recreate deleted pages is not one of them. You seem to show no understanding of why your actions were disruptive, so it would not be wise to unblock you. At the very least, I recommend that you read through Wikipedia:Sock puppetry and Wikipedia:Guide to deletion. Once you have done that, you may understand enough to write an unblock request that follows the instructions at Wikipedia:Guide to appealing blocks. You will have to use WP:UTRS to request an unblock, however. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 14:40, 10 August 2019 (UTC)

- Your unblock requests are repetitive and disruptive. I've revoked your access to this page.--Bbb23 (talk) 14:27, 10 August 2019 (UTC)
