Based on the history, I think you meant to move Draft:Alvin Eugene Miller Sr to Alvin Eugene Miller Sr. However, somehow, it got moved back to Wikipedia:Alvin Eugene Miller Sr, most likely accidentally by yourself. I've reverted that since pages starting with "Wikipedia:" should not be articles or article drafts. If you are wanting to publish the draft, you would want to move Draft:Alvin Eugene Miller Sr to Alvin Eugene Miller Sr: However, in its current state, I would recommend it be worked on some more. On Wikipedia, there's a guideline called Wikipedia:Notability for articles, and I'm not sure the subject of your article meets that requirement.
