Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Robert Gass. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. Jim1138 (talk) 18:43, 13 November 2012 (UTC)
Robert Gass
[edit]Your additions to Robert Gass sound like copy from an advertisement. As Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, content needs to have a neutral point of view. See: wp:npov and wp:tone. Also, avoid wp:puffery and embellishment; words that tend to inflate the importance of the subject such as "highly-regarded composer". Also, Wikipedia must be verifiable. Content needs to be reliably sourced (also see wp:cite. I added a welcome section at the top for your perusal. Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 21:23, 13 November 2012 (UTC)
