Request reason:

What did I do wrong? I thought that the article on DDT needed another citation and some cleaning up. Did I do wrong? If so, what policy did I violate...I did not mean to. I've not used or abused multiple accounts...this is my only account...check my Internet address and you can see I've only just started here and that was the first article I worked on. I've heard Dr. Hughes present in UK and wanted to add something here

Decline reason:

Per evidence provided by the blocking admin and WP:DUCK. — Daniel Case (talk) 17:38, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I disagree, just because an edit of mine "looks like" something else, you are accusing me...check my IP, please. I've not used or abused accounts. As I said, I've attended Dr. Hughes presentation in UK and was impressed with the work and then stumbled on this site and thought I'd add to the article.Eric Frommer, Ph.D. (talk) 15:16, 13 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Checkuser verified alternate account of blocked user User:Omar Faizel. No idea who the main account is. --jpgordon::==( o ) 16:22, 13 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
