Ways to improve International Council of the Aeronautical Science

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. It's a good idea for an article but it needs to be expanded and not to be copied directly from the website for ICAS, that's not allowed. The article needs more content and should also have citations. Contact me if you need a hand with this.
