Just a thought

You redirect Autum -> Autumn

Fair enough, might Autun also be possible? Not really tempted to create a dab for 2 misspellings but had you not redirected to autumn, I would have to Autun. Carlossuarez46 (talk) 00:22, 9 January 2009 (UTC) I'll leave it your judgment, but I wonder whether you had even considered Autun... Carlossuarez46 (talk) 00:23, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • I don't really mind where it's redirected to. It was originally a redirect to Autumn, before someone changed it into an article on a non-notable rabbit called Autum. I just restored the original redirect. Epbr123 (talk) 00:30, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry about my vandalism

I was actually just about to revert it myself when the "new message" box popped up.--206.28.43.70 (talk) 22:54, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

BTW, how many warnings does one have to recieve for vandalism before a block occurs?--206.28.43.70 (talk) 23:07, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Depends on the type of vandalism. Epbr123 (talk) 23:08, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Well, my type for instance.--206.28.43.70 (talk) 23:09, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
A vandal is blocked when it becomes clear that they aren't going to stop, however many warnings that takes. Epbr123 (talk) 23:16, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thnx.--206.28.43.70 (talk) 23:20, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

iafd and the MoS

I don't think I've seen anything in regard to your claim that the "iafd name" template violates the MoS. Can you point out the particular section you're referring to? Thanks...Valrith (talk) 20:15, 10 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • Wikipedia:Citing sources#Citation styles states that the citation style used in an article has to be consistant. There are no other citation templates that produce the same citation style as Template:Iafd name, so the non-iafd sources will be cited in a different style to that of the iafd sources. The template also doesn't include a parameter for the access date. The template looks as though it was only designed to be used in the external links section, not as a reference. LOK and Vandalism

After removing the vandalism on "Songs of the Century" done by LOK-fans, it was time to lets them know the door swings both ways. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.59.183.140 (talk) 23:30, 10 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

subst'ing templates

Any idea if it's possible to subst a template that exists in the User namespace in an article in the main namespace? Previews appear to indicate it doesn't... Thanks. Valrith (talk) 16:25, 11 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
