We might want to include a blurb about fringe movements that have tried to glom onto Objectivism, such as Satanism and Neo-Tech.

Several times I've written "in the mid 90s" or "in the early 2000s" etc. For most of those there is a specific date that I just don't know. Please fill in the date (with a source if possible) if you know it. Endlessmike 888 23:07, 17 March 2007 (UTC)

Minor issue. I think we should have a standard way to refer to IOS/TOC/TAS. I've tried to use the name that is appropriate for the time period being discussed. So IOS for the early years, TOC for the late 90s and most of the 2000s, and TAS for the last year. However this may leave the impression that there are three different institutes. As far as I know, it is the same one, just with a change of name. So perhaps the best thing to do would be to indicate the name change immediately after first mentioning the group, and then using one of the three names for the rest of the article. So it would say something like "Kelley founded the Institute for Objectivist Studies. IOS was later re-named The Objectivist Center, and in 2006 the name was changed to The Atlas Society (TAS)." The rest of the article would then use either "The Atlas Society" or "TAS," regardless of the time period being discussed. Thoughts? Endlessmike 888 23:15, 17 March 2007 (UTC)

I put in a timeline table, but got burned out before I could finish it - the last few have no dates, there are more events that could be put in, and the last few that have dates might not be accurate dates. Steve 01:02, 18 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
