Hi Emily - Terrific draft with the major pieces laid out. You have very solid sources, but could use a few more recent ones. The Berry and Beasley book is a great start. You can dig around in their introduction and find more material. That is actually in the library. Basically, you need to fill in some more information, especially about the two explorers and why they were there.
FOr the next draft, think about images - is there a map of where they went. Any other pieces from their report?
You definitely have the idea here so keep going.
