Request reason:

I was hacked to my account so I did another ones but used the same electronic mail

Decline reason:

Hello, User:Tlaconete11. I'm sorry that you were confused about what it means to be blocked from editing Wikipedia. When your first account was blocked, it was because you were making edits that harmed the encyclopedia. You, the human being, are not permitted to edit Wikipedia any longer. It wasn't a 'hacker' who prevented you from editing, but a Wikipedia administrator. You aren't allowed to avoid the block by creating a new account- rather, you're expected to accept your block graciously. You may still read Wikipedia articles, but you may not edit the encyclopedia any more- at least, not unless the problems that made your block necessary are all solved, and that is unlikely to happen now that you've used multiple accounts to avoid the block. You see, since pretending to be someone else to avoid a block is dishonest, doing that makes it difficult to find any admins who will believe you if you promise that the problems that made your block necessary are now solved. If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
