I was reading over your outline for Trichoderma koningii and it looks like you've done a great job organizing your article, gathering important points from reputable sources and summarizing them into concise points. Lead

I noticed that you have not yet created a Leading section for your fungus. The lead is a short introduction to your fungus. I like to think of this as the mini "Abstract" of the article; it gives the reader an overview of the most important information about your fungus. History and taxonomy

To help the reader get acquainted with Trichoderma koningii, it might be helpful to introduce this section with some basic information about it's discovery (i.e. who discovered T. koningii and in what year, where it was discovered, etc.) Your second reference (<ref name = samuels2006>) includes more information on Trichoderma koningii's history in the introduction of that article so you may want to refer there.
For your second point, describing which countries Trichoderma koningii can be found, may fit better in the Habitat and ecology section tying into the kind of habitat T. koningii lives best in.

Growth and morphology

I like that you combined multiple aspects of T. koningii's growth, colour and sporulation into one concise point. You may want to include a few more lines describing its reproduction/growth. Do T. koningii colonies grow in filaments or does it have a more yeast-like growth?
I noticed you mentioned that Trichoderma koningii is a teleomorph, (having a sexual state with the ability to produce fruiting bodies). While reading <ref name = samuels2006>, I noticed they mentioned that several Trichoderma koningii can also vary in conidia morphology. It may also be helpful to describe Trichoderma koningii's other conidia morphology and include some information on the related structures, such as conidiophores, Phialide characters, etc. There is specific information on these structures, including their sizes, colours, growth temperatures, etc. in Table 3 of <ref name = samuels2006> article. The "Compendium of soil fungi" (<ref name = domsch1980>) is also an excellent source for describing all of these structural details of soil fungi so I recommend looking back to your notes on this.

Physiology

You have a good start here with clearly identifying metabolites that your fungus produces. As you continue to write your article, I would imagine you will go into more detail about how metabolites such as 6-pentyl alpha pyrone and koninginins are produced. Are there any other notable metabolites that Trichoderma koningii can produce? Perhaps this would be a good place to put information on that.

Habitat and ecology

It's good that you started this section with where Trichoderma koningii is commonly found on. This gives a big picture of Trichoderma koningii's habitat before delving into details.
Considering that it lives as a soil fungi, is Trichoderma koningii a saphrotroph, able to feed off of decaying, non-living matter? Think about describing more sorts of places T. koningii thrives on (vegetation such as onions, other plants, etc.).
Since Trichoderma koningii is considered pathogenic, it may be useful to create a new heading (perhaps titled "Diseases" or "Pathogenicity") where you can highlight different diseases caused by T. koningii.
Considering that Trichoderma koningii is known to play a role in many plant diseases, it may help to create a subheading under your Disease heading for "Plant diseases". Who identified Trichoderma Konigii as a collective name for almost all Trichoderma aggregates? What were its defining features to be classified as this? Why is it identified differently now? You use the words “almost all” … what are the exceptions?
Where the fungus was formerly and currently found may be more suitably placed the “Habitat and ecology” (or perhaps even in the lead section!)
