maps Tripoli Lebanon

[edit]

Hi El Ziade, fyi: in answer to your Wikipedia:Graphics_Lab/Map_workshop#Request for a pushpin map for Tripoli, Lebanon, I've posted three Open Street Maps with legend. Groetjes, Peter (talk) 11:06, 1 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Groetjes, Peter OMG heel erg bedankt! Sorry I was really busy for a while and I completely missed to check the request page. el.ziade (talkallam) 12:41, 3 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Graag gedaan. It's fun to explore the possibilities of new toys/map templates. Groetjes, Peter (talk) 12:58, 3 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

DYK for Gigarta

[edit]

On 4 December 2024, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Gigarta, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Gigarta, a settlement mentioned by Strabo and Pliny the Elder, is believed to have been located on the slopes of Mount Lebanon, although its exact location remains under debate? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Gigarta. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Gigarta), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

DYK for Museiliha inscription

On 21 December 2024, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Museiliha inscription, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that the Museiliha inscription hints at a border dispute between ancient Caesarea ad Libanum and Gigarta?
