User talk:El javo
Welcome!
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, El javo! I am Dethlock99 and have been editing Wikipedia for quite some time. I just wanted to say hi and welcome you to Wikipedia! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page or by typing {{helpme}} at the bottom of this page. I love to help new users, so don't be afraid to leave a message! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
- Introduction
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- How to edit a page
- Help pages
- How to write a great article
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Again, welcome!

I know
[edit]I know very well who you are. I'm just being a little easy on you. One more mistake, this time we will make sure that you + all your IPs are forever banned from Wikipedia and all its projects. So be very, very careful. --Legolas (talk2me) 03:35, 15 July 2010 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:Confessions promotional poster.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Confessions promotional poster.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 17:57, 16 July 2010 (UTC)

When uploading images
[edit]for album and single covers note that the MAXIMUM size allowed is 300 x 300. In no circumstances is an image larger than this appropriate. It is explained at WP:ALBUMS. --Lil-unique1 (talk) 23:18, 24 July 2010 (UTC)
Unlock
[edit]El javo (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
Hello, administrators from the English wikipedia, I'm editor of the Spanish wikipedia for two years (see my user page and my contributions), rarely edit in the English wikipedia, believing it was unnecessary. But now I go and I realize that I have blocked accusing me of being a puppet of a certain 'elpilotodi', What made you think that? Just because our names both start with 'el' does not mean that we are the same, got only two pictures (which were deleted —sorry I uploaded the Images in the wrong way— but few understand your policies), I just want to be unlocked (I know that sounds like a cliche) but I think it's unfair. Nothing more to say, because I expressed the right way, and feel I have been convincing enough. One more thing, the problem is not that I can not edit here (which I will, but not a very active) but this stain my reputation in the Spanish wikipedia, How do you think my colleagues react when they find out? This leaves me very, very, very bad. With nothing more to say, my best regards. (I regret if there are grammatical mistakes, but English is not my native language, I'm from Chile)
Decline reason:
The reason that we think that this account is a sockpuppet can be found at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/ElPilotoDi/Archive. Please respond to the information presented there. עוד מישהו Od Mishehu 05:55, 8 February 2011 (UTC)

If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
