Welcome!

Hello, Ej463, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{helpme}} before the question. Again, welcome!

The link you placed was to an empty website. If you'd like to post a different link then feel free. Just be aware of the guidelines at wp:ELNO. NJGW (talk) 21:29, 17 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I posted a request to have the page "whitelisted". Check it out here. NJGW (talk) 21:45, 17 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

By the way, you should sign your comments in talk pages. Here's a template with the info on how to do that:

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you!

I typed in {{subst:Tilde}} to make that template appear. NJGW (talk) 21:49, 17 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

No problem with the help. I'm assuming you're associated with the Stern school. You might want to make that clear on your user page (where you can talk about yourself and what your goals on Wikipedia are). There is a conflict on interest policy here, but as long as your edits are neutral (see wp:NPOV) then you will have no problem. If you're going to be editing a lot, you should definitely get to know the basic policies of making changes. Let me know if you have any questions, and you can also check out wp:HELP.
