Suidlanders

[edit]

I have undone your edits to Suidlanders, as it is the equivalent of whitewashing them. We do not necessarily present what groups claim about themselves, we say what reliable, secondary sources have to say about them. The previous lead quite clearly and succinctly established what they were and what their purposes were. I sharply disagree with The Suidlanders (English: Southlanders) are a South African Afrikaner conservative group constituted under International Law and specifically the Geneva Convention whose preparations are based on the deteriorating state of South Africa's infrastructure, financial position and political stability. It looks as if the group itself wrote that. Who cares they're constituted under the Geneva convention? What does that even mean?? And that South Africa is deteriorating is only a recent and likely temporary phenomenon. It doesn't even say what they are. Compare to the previous, informative The Suidlanders (English: Southlanders) is a South African right-wing[1][3] ethnonationalist[4] Afrikaner survivalist group whose ideology is based on the prophecies of Boer Siener van Rensburg. which establishes their ideology, their leanings, their origins, and what it is they do. The section with the "Connected contributor" tag was because it was previously worse and clearly written by someone sympathetic to the group, and currently still gives too much emphasis to the group. Your changes have not helped, they are further espousing the groups beliefs without qualification or explanation. Please respond here before making further edits.
