With a title by discussion, it's prettier
[edit]Hi, Eihel. On this edit: my understanding is that lower-case en:wiktionary:baroque is a common adjective for ornate and complex things, while upper-case en:wiktionary:Baroque is a proper adjective for stuff from the Baroque period. HLHJ (talk) 01:18, 5 October 2018 (UTC)
- Oh, sorry, you'd fixed it. Should have checked. Apologies, please ignore. HLHJ (talk) 01:28, 5 October 2018 (UTC)
- Hello @HLHJ: So, I canceled. QED. (When you are on my personal pages, there is no need to notify me). See you next time on WP --Eihel (talk) 01:38, 5 October 2018 (UTC)

Suggestions
Salutations.--Eihel (talk) 08:40, 15 October 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Speedy deletion contested: GT Racing: Motor Academy
[edit]Hello Eihel. I am just letting you know that I contested the speedy deletion of GT Racing: Motor Academy, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Not unambiguously promotional. Thank you. Armbrust The Homunculus 09:43, 6 July 2020 (UTC)
- Sorry, for my mistake @Armbrust:, in fact the wd element was linked to a redirect to this page. The item (spam) is now deleted. Thanks for your help. —Eihel (talk) 09:13, 8 July 2020 (UTC)

Moves without leaving a redirect
[edit]Per Wikipedia:Global rights policy#Global rollbackers, you should not be using your global rolllbacker access to move pages without leaving a redirect, as you did at Marcel Viallet. On top of that it would be very unusual to move a page from a title that it has had since 2010 without leaving a redirect even if you had local rights - we generally keep redirects from old titles unless there's a very good reason to do otherwise. * Pppery * it has begun... 05:08, 2 September 2024 (UTC)
- Hello @Pppery:,
- Thank you for letting me know about these rights policies. I am sorry for having abused my gr status.
- The fact of not having left a redirect is that some English-speaking names give a bad name, Viallet, as if they were copying each other.
- The good reason is his birth certificate, added as a reference. I thought that there was no point in keeping a person who does not exist: it is as if I discovered an Abram Lincoln page instead of the Abraham Lincoln page with very convincing references. I did not want to disorganize the English encyclopedia and I will try not to start renaming a page that is old again.
- Cordially. —Eihel (talk) 03:02, 5 September 2024 (UTC)

Puzzled by you tagging this for deletion. It was obviously incomplete, and the only non-template content was an infobox. User sandboxes are where some users work on drafts, so U5's out. Please review WP:G11. Thanks. -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 11:08, 16 December 2024 (UTC)
