Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Egna389, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

A barnstar for you!

[edit]
The Teamwork Barnstar
You got a barnstar for helping WikiEdu HH50 editors close the content gap around women and gender in hip-hop following the 50th Anniversary of the genre!

Congratulations on finishing the training and exercises! Left you a barnstar on your Wikipedia profile talk page.

Next step! Create your bibliography on the talk page of a selected article.

Information icon Hello. Your recent edit to List of hip hop musicians appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you.
