Re: (1) Your draft reviewer will assess the reliability of your sources following this guideline: Wikipedia:Reliable_sources. You might want to read that and self-assess your sources.
Re: (2) I've added a comment to your draft submission, so your draft reviewer will be aware of the Georgian Wikipedia article.
Comment: Your draft reviewer will also determine whether your draft shows that the subject meets the requirements for inclusion of organizations in the English Wikipedia. I recommend that you read that guideline thoroughly. You can continue to improve your draft while it is waiting for the formal draft review.
