Dear Eeekster
I Kindly request you to search the physical existence of "Shivalingam" found at Kalibangan Hanumangarh Rajasthan India, as well as Shivalingam Found at Harappa by Mr. lal well known archeologist from India, nowhere the physical proof is there that these shivalingas are really found. So as a Hindu I don't believe the arguments made by Sanjay Sonawani for his findings on Kalibangan and Harappa remain s, It is hurting highly Hindu sentiments, so I have given my clear opinion to stop this irregularity. As well Sanjay Sonawani's Book has many claims inside book " Vedic religion and Indus valley civilization are very controversial and insulting and abusive for hindu religion, I suggest you to either publish my allegations or remove the page of Sanjay Sonawani from Wikipedia. I respect Wikipedia for it's wast acceptance worldwide for its authentic publishing, so please no more humiliation towards hindu Thanks for your kind anticipation, Regards Avinash pataskar — Preceding unsigned comment added by Avinash pataskar (talk • contribs) 20:31, 23 October 2015 (UTC)

Please remove "speedy deletion" from Stamen Design
Hello. You added a speedy deletion tag to the article Stamen Design only 5 minutes after I created it, and before I added any links to the page that established its notability. Now that I've added a lot more content, could you review the page again and remove that flag please? Thanks! Almccon (talk) 23:03, 23 October 2015 (UTC)

Dear eekster,
You recently marked the following image for speedy deletion. It has now been removed by an automated removal process.
File:DNC_Live_In_Atlanta_2013.jpg
I own the image and it is free to use anywhere on the Internet.
What are the steps I need to take to have this file undeleted?
Thank you, dncac

Go ahead & delete. I only uploaded so I could pass a link on, because I couldn't send the altered image any other way. (Notice, it wasn't unaltered, so "pure copyvio" is a bit strong.) TREKphiler any time you're ready, Uhura 02:02, 1 November 2015 (UTC)

speedy deletion
Hi can you remove the speedy deletion from Big Tymin'? It includes multiple non-trivial editor reviews from websites listed at WikiProject_Albums/Sources (complex, Pitchfork Media). I'm sure you meant well, but maybe next time let the page with the "under construction" tag sit for a minute before hitting it with a speedy delete? ;} (or if it's sourced, at least cross-check the ref section with WikiProject_Albums/Sources first, it's very handy) Earflaps (talk) 20:25, 11 November 2015 (UTC)
- Reviews aren't the issue. Eeekster (talk) 20:25, 11 November 2015 (UTC)
- Um...care to explain what is? Earflaps (talk) 20:34, 11 November 2015 (UTC)
- Simply reading the notice would explain that the artist doesn't have an article here and that makes for A9. Eeekster (talk) 20:35, 11 November 2015 (UTC)
- So if I post an artist stub it's all fine. Well then. That would take me all of five minutes. Or am I missing something else? Earflaps (talk) 20:36, 11 November 2015 (UTC)
- No, even then a single would most likely be redirected to the artist unless it has charted. And I seem to remember, but may be wrong, that artist being deleted as not notable in the past. Eeekster (talk) 20:38, 11 November 2015 (UTC)
- I've found some godo articles I assume weren't around if somenoe tried to post an earlier version, so not surprised it was deleted before. About his big release being "just a single" - I've seen the argument that if an artist doesn't have two albums out yet, they aren't notable by default. Per wp:musicbio, though, I always argue notability when several journalists in good sources have described the artist as having local importance (which several journalist have in this case), so even if he was deleted in 2014 or something, different sources now to judge. And I'm pretty sure a song doesn't need to chart to be notable, if it's gotten coverage. I'll check though. Earflaps (talk) 20:42, 11 November 2015 (UTC)
- Checked, and in the end, does seem to come down to reviews and coverage first and foremost. In your opinion, would the big tymin' page pass the test for enough coverage? I know that's subjective to a degree, but I like to get a feel for other people's take on things. Earflaps (talk) 20:45, 11 November 2015 (UTC)

Astuage Picture
Hello,
Referring to https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/File:Profile_page_of_Soleimani_A.jpg. I am the one who took that picture as a commercial venture for Star Individuality. I felt I should upload it since I am planning to create an article about the organization. Hope this shades more light about how it is at their website as well as here. From our agreement with them I still own the copyright which implies I can use the images under my own volition including CC licensing. Mwenzangu (talk) 03:31, 13 November 2015 (UTC)

Overcompressed JPEG
You've already been told to read both the content and the documentation of that template. Together they make it clear that it's inappropriate for images that shouldn't be in JPEG format at all. For a while it seemed that you had got the message, but then you started doing it again.
How is that it "does no harm" a justification to keep plonking it there? It equally does no harm not to have it there. Furthermore, tagging articles or images with inappropriate templates can be considered vandalism. As such, I advise you to stop it before something happens.
I do sometimes do something useful with these bad JPEGs, but there are a lot to get through and I only have a limited amount of time. — Smjg (talk) 10:58, 13 November 2015 (UTC)

List of Teen Wolf characters - Gwen
I am Stephen Jacob. This page on Wikipedia lists, and describes the characters on the show Teen Wolf 2011. Someone is adding a character named Gwen at the end of the secondary characters list. There is no character named Gwen on the show, and I've come close to being in an editing war with this guy. Image
Hi Eeekster, I apologize for the outburst earlier, But I have to ask tho ... what did you hope to achieve by removing the CSD[1] and replacing it with "orphaned fair use"[2] ? ...
I totally understand the new image isn't the same format as the previous image but whatever way you look it at it - the image's going to be deleted and the admin deleting the image wouldn't of gave a flying monkeys, I appreciate it's the correct way & all that but I've done it like that for years and until now no one's cared,
To me it just seems pointless to make the deletion from 3 hours to a week all because of policy.... To be totally honest it seems a waste of time,
Anyway thanks, –Davey2010Talk 03:10, 19 November 2015 (UTC)
- Because an admin would most likely decline the F1 (and should do so). Eeekster (talk) 03:36, 19 November 2015 (UTC)
- They wouldn't tho that's the point .... I mean I'm not naming anyone but an editor tagged an article under G8 .... and it was deleted per that (G8s are for talkpages only!) .... Point is admins aren't bothered and neither am I so to me you've just wasted time, Anyway no point moaning it'll eventually be deleted either way . –Davey2010Talk 04:13, 19 November 2015 (UTC)

How to quickly change the contribution from English to Polish Wikipedia?
Hello, Thank you for your message. This is the article: https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Iwona_Tamborska
I made a mistake during the contribution. It was meant to be added to Polish Wikipedia. I will also translate it into English, but I wouldn't want to loose the work already done and would like the already written article to be set in the Polish Wiki as soon as possible.
Sorry for the trouble and I would appreciate all the help.

Please review WP:BLPROD
I appreciate your enthusiasm in finding unreferenced articles. However, you are not supposed to put a WP:BLPROD tag on an article if the article has any references, including external links. ("Only add a BLPPROD if there are no sources in any form that name the subject, but once (properly) placed, it can only be removed if a reliable source is added.") Your placement was improper, and thus my removal proper. --Nat Gertler (talk) 02:06, 22 November 2015 (UTC)
- No, you are forgetting the reliable part of that. IMDB is not a reliable source. Eeekster (talk) 02:08, 22 November 2015 (UTC)
- Again, READ WP:BLPROD. A reliable source is NOT required to prevent the placing of the prod. ANY source should prevent the placing of the prod. It even specifies in the opening: "A common source of confusion in application is the different treatment of presence of sources for placement of the tag, versus removal of the tag. The requirements can be summed up as: Only add a BLPPROD if there are no sources in any form that name the subject, but once (properly) placed, it can only be removed if a reliable source is added." And later, "To place a BLPPROD tag, the process requires that the article contain no sources in any form (as references, external links, etc.), which support any statements made about the person in the biography. Please note that this is a different criterion than is used for sources added after the placement of the tag." (emphasis theirs.) There had been a source on that article from the very beginning, so the BLPROD should not have been placed on it at all. --Nat Gertler (talk) 02:44, 22 November 2015 (UTC)
- Okay, took it to AfD. Notability is questionable and the article was created by her mother to promote the girl. Eeekster (talk) 03:18, 22 November 2015 (UTC)

Hi, thanks for your input. This isn't an edit war, it's bizarre actually. He tried to delete an entire years-old section without first discussing it in Talk. After I warned him against it, he then proceeded on to do it (that same section) piece-by-piece. He either suffers from ADD or is an extremely naughty person who's trying to bypass the consensus seeking procedures for substantial edits and make it look like an edit war. Look at his page, he's been vandalizing Wikipedia before and was warned and penalized for it. Definitely a weird situation. SciPedian (talk) 04:15, 23 November 2015 (UTC)

Ora Beach deletion
Hi Eekster,
My name is Yohannes, by wiki account is Jinkura71.
I am a newcomer in wiki community. I try to upload an article regarding Ora Beach, a unique beach and tourism destination in seram Island, Molucca Indonesia. this beach has been referred by many medias as popular destination including the trip advisor and I think it is an important knowledge that should be shared in wikipedia.
I try to understand why you delete the article, in my limited knowledge might be because of the photographs which have signature. I am sorry for that and I will fix it. I try also to revised the aticle and avoid words containing subjective quality or referring to certain business in Ora Beach. I didn't have any intention in reflecting any promotional content in my article and i would appreciate if you could give me comment or suggestion on the article.
My last question would be how is the procedure to re-upload the revised article on Ora Beach? After I get your respond and revised my article, is it okay if I just start a new page on Ora Beach again? or should I do something else?
I thank you.
