Suggestion
Use this feed-- Special:NewPagesFeed to patrol new articles. Run through the new ones looking for obvious G10's, then at about an hour out start reviewing new articles. Have patience. Sun Chanthol's picture on his page (permission)
Dear Eeekster,
I forwarded the email stating permission to use that picture from the owner of the picture to the permission email that was listed.
Being new to Wikipedia I am still stumbling around, as I am sure some of us are, but trying to comply with these logical license verification requests.
The picture, as I stated in the permission email, has been given via email to me by Salah Issa, the owner of Ashor Agency in Phnom Penh Cambodia, who took the pictures on my behalf as the Minister needed new photos done.
If necessary I would be glad to also forward his email permission to you or give you email access to Salah for direct verification.
I hope that this helps. Being a close personal friend of Chanthol, and also an advisor, I am trying to make his Wikipedia page look respectful and informational. Feel free to contact me also at bachnerassociates@hotmail.com
