Adult dependent survivor page
Hi, I added a source to "Adult dependent survivor" page. If you think it is credible could you please reinstate the page? Thanks — Preceding unsigned comment added by ShannonAndrea (talk • contribs) 01:34, 3 August 2012 (UTC)
- I didn't delete the page. Eeekster (talk) 04:22, 3 August 2012 (UTC)
Dana Shires, not shires
THANK YOU!! I don't know how the article I created became "shires" and I had no idea how to fix it. Appreciate the assist!--Vistawhite (talk) 00:48, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
- Also, I've added more citations to the article and links to and from other articles and Shires. Can you tell me, would this be sufficient to get rid of the orphan status? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.--Vistawhite (talk) 16:35, 5 August 2012 (UTC)
- If other articles link to it now, just remove the orphan tag. Eeekster (talk) 18:02, 5 August 2012 (UTC)
Hi there Mr. Eeekster
I'm new here in Wikipedia's making articles. And I didn't understand awhile ago why did I come up with deletion of articles that I made. Its my bad to didn't read the instructions well. I was wondering, the article I made from came from a book of my school also which is also copied from a website, and im trying to import it here in wiki article. How come that it has been deleted again. I just read the mail came from you awhile ago.
Thanks man! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Justinecepriano (talk • contribs) 05:18, 6 August 2012 (UTC)
Jerry Jordan
I have added some links to Jerry Jordan's page (http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Jerry_Jordan) including a link to the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland's website which lists some of his past. Can I get this unflagged for deletion? Thanks for the help! http://www.clevelandfed.org/About_Us/officers_and_boards/past_presidents/jordan.cfm — Preceding unsigned comment added by MPistone (talk • contribs) 00:40, 6 August 2012 (UTC) MPistone (talk) 23:20, 6 August 2012 (UTC)
Milestone Internet Marketing
Hi Eekster,
I was hoping to get a bit more insight as to how I could have followed Wikipedia's guidelines for creating a new 'Company' Wikipedia page. I provided only factual, non-biased information, publicly disclosed my affiliation, and did not make unnecessary edits. If you could please advise as to what I may do differently to keep http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Milestone_Internet_Marketing posted, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanking you in advance,
(BrittanyBinghamMilestone (talk) 03:09, 6 August 2012 (UTC))
- Since you are associated with the company you should avoid creating the article due to your conflict of interest. Eeekster (talk) 22:41, 6 August 2012 (UTC)
need proper permission please
Eeekster,
Regarding this page http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Nate_Hill_(artist)
I have a picture of Nate Hill taken by the photographer Ty Hardaway. He has given me permission to use the picture of Nate Hill for the Wikipedia page. How can I use it while also following the guidelines? Or is this not possible? What kind of permission does he need to give?
Thanks — Preceding unsigned comment added by Newanimal (talk • contribs) 19:19, 9 August 2012 (UTC)
Hi, Eeekster! I've been a wikipedian for many years, so I'm quite familiar with how to create an article. As you can see as noted in my first edit [1], I have cleary stated that the article I am creating is simply in it's first editing phase. I was having trouble converting coordinates based off Latitude and Longitude, so I saved the article once I was able to make the conversion. Thanks for your patience, the article will look much better once I'm finished. Stubbleboy 22:09, 19 August 2012 (UTC)
Hi Eeekster/Archives/2012, Please can you help to improve on Navarino Icons or suggest how to make it better, because I thought I did well to keep the tune neutral, though the article is about a commercial product, and when I did Google search there were good number of reliable secondary sources, but those are the few in English. Also www.navarinoicons.com is not a dead link, it redirects to www.costanavarino.com , which manages that brand. Thank you. —JOHNMOORofMOORLAND (talk) 23:13, 18 August 2012 (UTC)
- Hi Eeekster/Archives/2012, I have improved on Navarino Icons to comply with WP:NPOV, and also cited a new reliable secondary source—Athens News: Foodie news - Messinian flavour while you wait to meet WP:PRODUCT. Please, kindly take a look at the article again. Thank you. —JOHNMOORofMOORLAND (talk) 16:01, 19 August 2012 (UTC)
- Seems pretty much the same to me. Eeekster (talk) 21:07, 19 August 2012 (UTC)
- Are you saying that the article still does not or may not meet WP:NPOV and WP:PRODUCT? I think you should read through WP:YESPOV and WP:GNG again! —JOHNMOORofMOORLAND (talk) 10:01, 20 August 2012 (UTC)

Hi Eeekster, Thanks for your time in reviewing photos http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/File:Concert_in_Mississauga_2012.jpg and http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/File:San_Diego_concert_2012.jpg that I uploaded. I forwarded the owner's email with permission but that seems not to be enough. The owner will send an email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org stating that those can be used freely and without limitations. I'm having trouble put up the references for Merrick's Butte and West and East Buttes, I will try to get them up later. Thanks WanderingE1000 (talk) 00:01, 22 August 2012 (UTC)
- What kind of trouble other than not having any? Eeekster (talk) 00:02, 22 August 2012 (UTC)
Speedy deletion contested: The Master's school
Hello Eeekster. I am just letting you know that I contested the speedy deletion of The Master's school, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: As stated on the A7 template, A7 does not apply to educational institutions. Thank you. Electric Catfish 00:33, 23 August 2012 (UTC)
- Yeah, I see that now. Read it as a daycare facility at first. Eeekster (talk) 00:37, 23 August 2012 (UTC)
- I see what you mean. however, if it serves high schoolers, it's most likely an educational institution. Electric Catfish 00:46, 23 August 2012 (UTC)

I'm contesting the deletion of August 23, 2012 Hardy Hibiscus Springfield.jpg.
The first copy of the file was a goof up by me and re-uploaded it with the proper name.
Please do not delete August 23, 2012 Hardy Hibiscus Springfield.jpg

Shindig Events - informational, not promotional
Hello, and thank you for getting in touch with me.
I'm seeking to post info about a new start-up called Shindig Events. I built the page last night (8/28) and, fairly quickly, I found that it was tagged for deletion.
This page should not be speedily deleted because... The information about Shindig Events is presented with no adjectives or praise. It seeks to explain what the company does and why/how it is newsworthy. I understand why your policy is in place to prevent pure promotional info from being posted, but the way that I presented the Shindig Events details seeks to clarify, not to sell/advertise it.
Can you please take a look at the page (it's short)? I believe that you'll see how my presentation didn't violate Wikipedia's policies.
Thank you.

- Even if not promotional, as a "new startup" it doesn't appear to be notable. Eeekster (talk) 16:37, 29 August 2012 (UTC)
