User talk:Edzotti
Hi Edzotti! Welcome to WIkipedia—as no one has given you the formal welcome message yet, I have pasted the 'boilerplate' message below (it has some useful links). However, I am actually contacting you with a question. I like what you are doing cleaning up the Chicago 'L' article, however, within the headings of 'Lines' section I am wondering whether it is reasonable to use formerly between the name of the line and the route served. For example, it says "Red Line, formerly Howard-Dan Ryan"— but it was my impression that the current routing of the red line only came into existence when the naming was changed, so there never was a line called Howard-Dan Ryan. The same would be true for the Green Line, and also (I think) the Orange. I'm not sure what a better way to write it would be, as your changes are certainly better than what was there before. Maybe "Red Line (Howard-Dan Ryan service)" would be better. —JeremyA 17:44, 2 September 2006 (UTC)
