Edward: You, like me, seem to be upset about the left-wing bias exhibited by many Wikipedia pages. I encourage you to work within the rules of the system (such as WP:3RR and WP:BRD) to make pages comply with WP:NPOV and WP:EL rules rather than simply deleting text or links you disagree with. Because the Wikipedia standard is verifiability, rather than truth, it's better to add new, truthful, information balancing the left-wing lies rather than deleting the lies. The deletion tactic will simply result in the text being restored and you being thrown off the project if you get into an edit war; in any edit war, administrators frequently presume that the new user or the user who complains about left-wing bias is the one in the wrong, so you will have two strikes against you off the bat. And in categories like global warming, the WP:NPOV rule is simply disregarded, and administrators will act to block anyone who suggests otherwise, without even pretending to even-handedness or proportional response. (Misspellings in edit summaries also hurt credibility.) There are plenty of places to improve Wikipedia while complying with the Wikipedia rules without antagonizing the powers that be. Block
[edit]I have blocked this account temporarily because it is apparently being used to evade the block on user:74.116.118.230. When you return please do not return to the campaign of removing proper links from external links sections. For our guidelines on what is appropriate see WP:EL. POV external links are allowed and should be included if they help balance the range of POVs presented. External links are not the same as sources, and have lower standards. ·:·Will Beback ·:· 21:48, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
