Please do not add advertising or inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. It has become apparent that your account is only being used for spamming inappropriate external links or self-promotion, so it has been blocked indefinitely. Wikipedia is NOT a "repository of links" or a "vehicle for advertising" and persistent spammers will also have their websites blacklisted.

Request reason:

Did not have any intention to spam and/or self promote the site. Please unblock

Decline reason:

However, you added them enough times. What will you do if we unblock you? MaxSem(Han shot first!) 19:36, 11 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

I added three times because I thought they could add lot of value, and quality information on the topics. However, I have seen this might create conflict. Therefore, no external links or references will be added. I will add just relevant written content on the topic of world's future economy. Thank you.

Decline reason:

Per Daniel Case, below, your username itself is promotional in nature, which violates the Username policy. Recommend starting a new account with a new, non-promotional username. UltraExactZZ Claims ~ Evidence 20:29, 11 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sounds good. But it would probably be better if you just opened a new account under a more acceptable username. If the block won't let you do it, post something here (not a fresh unblock request) and another admin can soften it). Daniel Case (talk) 20:13, 11 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your request to be unblocked has been granted for the following reason(s):

You said: Understood. But cannot open a new account either because my IP address also has been blocked. What is the next step? Thank you. As requested, you can now create a new account. --Selket Talk 22:08, 11 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
