Eber L. L. Stevao (Born in 21st of January of 1968, Passo Fundo - RS, Brazil) was born in a Christian family where his father used to be an Independent Baptist pastor for many years. He has other three brothers and one sister. His father is called Gilberto Stevao and his mother is Maria Jose de Lima Stevao.

He is married to Eliziane Ferreira Rinaldi Stevao who is a Psychologist and they have one little boy called Felipe Rinaldi Stevao or simply Pippo.

He is one of the most prominent Brazilian Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with a PhD degree in Bone Repair obtained from Pontiff Catholic University of Porto Alegre, Brazil. He has a special training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the United States of North America at Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas - Texas, under Dr. Larry M. Wolford´s tutelage from 2001 tru 2003 and he has his expertise and practice focused in TMJ Surgery, Orthognathic Surgery, Nerve Repair, Maxilla and Mandible Reconstruction and Dental Implant Dentistry.

He started his interest and training in Implantology in 1990 when he travelled to Argentina to gain more knowledge about the new tendency in Dentistry all around the world.

He used to be an Adjunct Professor at the Universities Univali and Tuiuti both located in Southern Brazil where he dedicated himself to Academics during ten years of his life.

He performed the very first TMJ Reconstruction with alloplastic prostheses in Brazil in 2004 in Centrinho at the University of Sao Paulo - USP - in Bauru, SP.

He belongs to the ASTMJS - North American Society of TMJ Surgeons since 2008. He was the very first South American Oral Surgeon to enter into this renowned and very selective Society.

He is the actual President of the Brazilian Academy of Piezosurgery - AbraPiezo which was launched in Brazil in 2013 with his effort and desire to bring this knowledge into the Brazilian Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

He has been travelling the world (North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Asia and Africa), always lecturing in his field of knowledge and has published several articles, book chapters and book in a broad spectrum of Oral Surgery.
