There a little text box at the bottom of screen when you edit page where you can add in an WP:EDITSUMMARY. It should have this right above it:

[edit]On 8 October 2012, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Fathom.com, which you created or substantially expanded. The fact was ... that Columbia University failed to turn a profit on Fathom.com, an early online learning website? You are welcome to check how many hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, quick check) and it will be added to DYKSTATS if it got over 5,000. OER inquiry
[edit]Hi Ebeese, I'm sending you this message because you're one of about 300 users who have recently edited an article in the umbrella category of open educational resources (OER) (or open education). In evaluating several projects we've been working on (e.g. the WIKISOO course and WikiProject Open), my colleague Pete Forsyth and I have wondered who chooses to edit OER-related articles and why.
