Request reason:

there was no copyrighting. all of the information posted was my own and I would be glad if my CBRNE Tech Index page can be reinstated please. I wasn't given enough time to reference my actual cbrnetechindex.com website before it was deleted. I just spent my entire afternoon placing that information on there

Decline reason:

Wikipedia is not a free advertising platform. You're not going to be unblock if you continue to attempt to create articles about a non-notable business.OhNoitsJamie Talk 19:23, 4 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on CBRNE Tech Index requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. A tag has been placed on CBRNE Tech Index requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from http://www.cbrnetechindex.com/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 31 hours for violating copyright policy by copying text or images into Wikipedia from another source without verifying permission. You have been previously warned that this is against policy, but have persisted, as you did at CBRNE Tech Index. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  SuperMarioMan ( talk ) 18:52, 4 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Block

[edit]

Please unblock me and reinstate my CBRNE Tech Index article. Nothing was copyrighted, I am the owner of everything I place on that site and I just worked very hard to get up what was on there. Thank you.

Request reason:

Please unblock me so I can FIX the mistakes I have made. I am a new user and wasn't aware I needed to site as soon as I pulled information. I know that now and will gladly provide you with that. Please reinstate my page. Thank you.

Decline reason:

None of that addresses the reasons for your block. The page you copy-pasted from says, "© 2014 MRIGlobal". Unless you are the owner of MRIGlobal, it would appear you are not the onwer of what you put on Wikipedia. If you are in a position to enter legally binding agreements on MRIGlobal's behalf, please provide evidence via email; see WP:Donating copyrighted content for details. In any case an "about us" page is not a valid encyclopedia article, and even if the copyright issue were resolved, the content would still be unduly promotional and would not be restored. [edit]

This is not a promotional attempt. I am simply trying to create a page for our new site. We are powered by MRIGlobal. Please let me know what documents you need in order for me to use my logo, etc. Thank you. Here are a few key questions:

You are currently blocked because your username appears directly related to a company, group or product that you have been promoting, contrary to the username policy. Changing the username will not allow you to violate the 3 important principles above. PhilKnight (talk) 19:40, 4 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Unblock3

[edit]

I do understand all of the key questions you listed. I do not understand why someone cannot be helpful instead of demeaning when I am clearly just looking for answers. I will choose to keep requesting unblocking because I really just want to make progress here and correct my actions, not waste time asking for help. Once my block is lifted, will my page be open again to recreate CORRECTLY this time? Thank you.

I'm going to try to make this as simple as possible. (1) You will not be unblocked if your intention is to recreate a page about a non-notable company. If you are still having problems grasping this concept, please read WP:IDIDNTHEARTHAT. OhNoitsJamie Talk 19:55, 4 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Unblock 3

[edit]

I have every intention to create a page about CBRNE Tech Index. Everything about this company is notable. That is a fact. So please lift my block so we can both move on with our work. Thank you.

Do you need a press release to prove our notability? Related answers please. THANK YOU.}}.

Might wanna slow down on these unblock requests. You have 3 currently ongoing. One at a time should be enough. Zeke Essiestudy (talk) 20:04, 4 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You've wasted enough time with frivolous requests and refusal to get the point. Your talk page access has been revoked. OhNoitsJamie Talk 20:39, 4 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
