Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Tim Burchett. While objective prose about beliefs, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. --Orange Mike | Talk 14:50, 17 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by adding commentary and your personal analysis into articles, as you did at Tim Burchett, you may be blocked from editing. --Orange Mike | Talk 14:50, 17 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I do not feel that I was being disruptive in deleting the content concerning the so-called "Embezzlement scandal" and the "Twitter Scandal". At no point was the subject of this article ever accused, charged or otherwise implicated in a criminal act. The content under these headings was obviously added by someone who has no interest in facts. Rather than being concerned with my posting an official bio from an official government website and deleting inaccurate and defamatory information from this page, you should take some time to review the citations for the information in question.ETNVol2001 (talk) 18:18, 17 April 2013 (UTC)ETNVol2001[reply]

Further, I did not add my personal analysis of anything...again, if you had reviewed sources, you would see that I merely pasted directly from an official sourceETNVol2001 (talk) 18:21, 17 April 2013 (UTC)ETNVol2001[reply]

i made edits to the "Embezzlement" heading to remove leading wording and unsubstantiated details. i also added the actual sword affidavit as a source document.ETNVol2001 (talk) 19:02, 17 April 2013 (UTC)ETNVol2001[reply]

Because you initially pasted in some smarmy and self-congratulatory language taken from Burchett's own websites (or others controlled by him), you were perceived as biasing the article ("Official sources" can be full of lies and fluff, and indeed often are). Sorry that this took place. --Orange Mike | Talk 17:36, 18 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the clarification. Still trying to get the hang of this. Is it appropriate to clear the talk page occasionally? Not sure what the protocol there is.ETNVol2001 (talk) 00:27, 19 April 2013 (UTC)ETNVol2001[reply]
