[edit]Greetings! I see a problem with File:Anthony Michaels-Moore by Dario Acosta.jpg, which you just uploaded.
You comment that "The image will be used within Anthony Michaels-Moore's (the subject) wikipedia article. This image is a staple of the artist's Press Kit. Both the artist (Anthony Michaels-Moore) and IMG Artists (Mr. Michaels-Moore's managemnet) use this image regularly for promotional purposes. The copyright holder (Dario Acosta) asks for photo credit."
The problem is that the image is under copyright. Wikipedia can only use the image if it is licensed under CC-BY-SA, which will allow for use beyond just Wikipedia. Permission to use an image on Wikipedia is not sufficient; it needs to be licensed for general use and downstream use—which includes possible commercial use. —C.Fred (talk) 22:28, 12 November 2009 (UTC)
