Request reason:

I admit that user page Stevence SA was created under Nathanielbapela012 and Dxnathi IP address. This is because I am using a second hand phone that was being used by the original user of Stevence SA. I admit that Nathanielbapela012 and Dxnathi was created by me. It was not necessary to block my user page user:Dxnathi as I created 4 clean articles. I didn't disrupt or damage anything with this user page. I officially made 111 edits before I got blocked. I promise I'll never create any account and I'm hoping to use user:Dxnathi as my future user page. I am looking forward in editing and creating articles to make Wikipedia a better place for everything. If I luckily get unblocked I wish my IP block to be exempted for future purposes

Decline reason:

I very strongly doubt that will happen after this edit, which I just fixed. One of the mortal sins of Wikipedia is editing the text of others in discussions for any other reason than clarity. It is especially egregious when other people's words are edited to make them appear to mean something entirely opposite to what they said, no matter how sloppily and transparently that was done. When the other person so victimized is an admin responding to your unblock request ... well ... I was undecided on this when I started writing this decline but now my mind's made up. Dxneo is not my account, it never was. I don't know which other reason I could use. I don't even know Johnthebaptism as I have stated in my reason that I am using a second hand phone which possibly mean the first user of this device must've been creating all this accounts. The only accounts I'm responsible for is Nathanielbapela012 and Dxnathi other accounts I don't know about them. Looking forward to be a contributor again on Wikipedia.
