Hello, Durbi81, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Shalor and I work with the Wiki Education Foundation; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.

I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Hi Durbi81, I had a look at your sandbox (User:Durbi81/sandbox) per your request. I have a few pieces of feedback for you.

  • Once the subject of the article has been established, you generally refer to them by their surname in the rest of the article (MOS:SURNAME).
  • You have a floating URL that should be formatted as a reference. Click "cite", select "manual" and then choose "news", as your sources is a newspaper.
  • you have another bare URL at the end that should be formatted as a reference. Click "cite" to add it as a reference.
  • When you want to use the same citation twice, you can click "cite" then "reuse" to use a citation that you've already entered into your work
  • Make sure all content is cited. I've added a few "citation needed" tags to point out content that needs a citation. Generally, it's a red flag if a paragraph or section ends without a citation.

Let me know if you have any questions about this feedback. Once you address these issues, I think your work is ready to go live! Elysia (Wiki Ed) (talk) 17:31, 28 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
