Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 04:17, 2 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sound Five

[edit]

Please stop adding your opinion about the Sound Five's inclusion in CONR2 to Naruto: Clash of Ninja (series). You have no evidence to support your claim, meaning it is original research. Your additions have, at current count, been reverted by nine ([1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6], [7], [8], [9]) different editors, which means consensus is clearly against you. Despite this you continue to make the same edits, meaning you are edit warring and have exceeded the three-revert rule several times over. Because these have been your only edits and because they have reached the point of qualifying as vandalism, I ask that you stop or risk being blocked from editing. ~SnapperTo 04:01, 9 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Then prove it. Provide a link to a website that explicitly states they will be in the game. ~SnapperTo 04:46, 9 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Rumors are not proof, what previous games have done is not proof, and a vague email does not mean you can speculate. If you want to leave the Sound Five's inclusion open for discussion, the most you can do is change their status to "?" in the Playable characters table since they haven't been explicitly denied. You cannot say that they are or might be bonus characters, because you have no evidence of that. I realize you want them to be in the game, but that does not give you the right to add unproven statements to Wikipedia. ~SnapperTo 17:32, 9 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
They have proof to support their edits: the Hokage said there would only be 35 total characters in the game, and 35 characters have already been confirmed. Before the Hokage said that I was in agreement with you, but that is no longer the case and I am not going to fight the change anymore. I won't complain if you choose to change them to "?" as you have been doing, but I encourage you to not do it more than three times a day. And before you tell me the Sound Five might be bonus characters, even if that were true they would still count towards the 35 character total. Super Smash Bros. Brawl has 21 characters from the start and 14 that are "bonus". That means there are 35 characters total, not 21 + extra. ~SnapperTo 18:02, 9 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
If you want to change it to a "?", then you are free to do so. I am not, however, going to tell people to stop changing it to an "x" when they have supporting evidence. You can discuss it with them if you disagree with their edits. ~SnapperTo 19:33, 9 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
