Thanks for the message on my talk page. Notability, as that term is used on Wikipedia, means something a little different from its everyday meaning - see WP:N and further expanded by WP:ORG. As for reliable sources, please see WP:RS for what qualifies. I fixed the citing problem by deleting the duplicated reference in the References section. – ukexpat (talk) 19:08, 28 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
