Determining that someone has a COI is a description of a situation. It is not a judgment about that person's state of mind or integrity. Attacks on the United States

Hey DukeOfDelTaco! I came across your profile during some of your recent editing in regard to the Syrian conflict and on your userpage indicates that you are interested in the Cold War and American politics. I've been working on a big project over the last few weeks: Attacks on the United States. The aim is to have a list of every time the U.S. (government/military) was attacked, which often affected American politics in some fashion.

Well anyway, I wanted to see if you would be interested in helping me put together some of the summaries for the list. I am fairly sure most of the attacks themselves are on the list.
