A tag has been placed on Herbiemania, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because it is an article about a certain website, blog, forum, or other web content that does not indicate the importance or significance of that web location. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles, as well as notability guidelines for websites. Please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources which verify their content.
Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material, please affix the template {{hangon}}
to the page, and put a note on Talk:Herbiemania. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Thanks. Carados (talk) 22:10, 14 December 2007 (UTC)
Re: Herbiemania
[edit]I would like to point out I did not delete it, and to ask you when you leave user's messages, please put them on the talk page instead of the user's main page. Now, to business.
The page was deleted under A7 under the Citera for Speedy Deletion, or not asserting notability. To prevent this from happening again, try to meet the notability requirements, especially ones for Websites. Best of luck, -Carados (talk) 03:55, 16 December 2007 (UTC)
Well, basically, citing said materal. -Carados (talk) 04:25, 16 December 2007 (UTC)
Hey, herbiemania has been written about in magazines and has been reported upon in the news. WHat else is needed to make it historical?
So, do I need to construct the page over again? Should I just cite the sources or do I need to list the articles in their entirety? How does one use this talk system properly?
