Coronation Street characters

[edit]

Hi, thanks for your edits to Wikipedia. Please can you not move fictional character pages just because the characters married. We should use to most commonly known name, and in most cases it has been discussed already, and it is unlikely that any of these pages will require moving. Also, redirects are already in place. Additionally, the titles of your redirects were unnecessarily disambiguated - if you are unable to move a page to the title you want, you should request a move instead of creating unnecessary disambiguation. I've revert the moves and deleted the disambiguated redirects. Any questions, just ask. Thanks. –anemoneprojectors17:55, 4 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts, as  Confirmed by checkuser. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  Reaper Eternal (talk) 20:40, 6 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I suspect this isn't the original puppetmaster but probably something that goes back at least a few month, if not years. –anemoneprojectors10:31, 7 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I am not linked with any other accounts.

Decline reason:

As noted above, you have indeed been directly connected to other abusive accounts. Kuru (talk) 14:29, 8 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

I have now been blocked for several days, when will this ban expire. I will have no need to create new accounts if this one is unblocked.

Decline reason:

We don't bargain in the face of further threats of socking. Declined.

Sure, here's the standard offer: stay away from Wikipedia for 6 months and convince us that you've reformed. But definitely you're not going to be unblocked now, just 2 days after your latest sock. Max Semenik (talk) 09:47, 12 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You were given the standard offer three months ago. This offer requires that you do not edit Wikipedia for six months - your message above just reset the clock. You were also socking as User:Lightbulblightbulb and User:Tabletoppertabletopper as little as three months ago. If you want the community to discuss your block - and that in itself is no guarantee that you will be unblocked - then you need to stay away from Wikipedia until at least the end of November. No socks, no appeals - just leave the project. You can improve your chances of an unblock in six months time by doing positive work on other Wikimedia projects (such as Wikimedia Commons or the Simple English Wikipedia), which will usually be taken into consideration in any eventual discussion. If you return before six months are up (i.e. before November 28th 2014), then the offer is likely to be rescinded. Yunshui  07:17, 28 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
