http://www.mircscripts.org/comments.php?cid=2138 was incorrect, XDCC Browser doesn't add the XDCC protocol to mIRC, it's only a browser/downloader add-on.
http://www.sysreset.com/ is one of the best and oldest script that really add a proper XDCC protocol to mIRC, it adds also RDCC, many other scripts add XDCC to mIRC but I don't know how to add a list to the page. Other Serving scripts are: SysReset, Polaris, UPP, Invision, OmenScript, Excursion etc.
