To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. Blair - Speak to me 04:29, 13 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove speedy deletion tags from articles that you have created yourself, as you did with Carlton rovers. If you do not believe the article should be deleted, then please place {{hangon}} on the page (please do not remove any existing speedy deletion tag) and make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. Blair - Speak to me 05:19, 13 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please don't add silly articles

[edit]

Please don't add silly articles like (your now-deleted earlier edits to) LaBeouf. This page has now been turned into a redirect, and your edits removed. -- The Anome (talk) 00:41, 28 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Carlton.gif)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Carlton.gif. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:11, 16 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! You uploaded this file. On the page, you wrote "Previously published: football team website". Did you take the photo yourself, or did you copy someone else's photo from somewhere? I see that the photo appears here, but it looks as if the photo was posted there about a week after it was uploaded to Wikipedia. --Stefan2 (talk) 20:55, 9 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Stefan, I dont know how to contact you through wikipedia. I own the picture that you see on the website. I took the photo myself. I also own the website it is on.
