A few comments
[edit]First of all welcome to Wikipedia. Editing can be fun and is a great why to stay current with the literature. A few comments on your edit [1]
1) The edit removed all the references and wiki links from the text. 2) It states that it occurs due to "traumatic injury to the chest wall". Positive pressure ventilation is another very common cause. 3) The content you added would be best under mechanism. This is where one discusses the pathophysiology of a disease on wiki.
