Reference redundancy

Hi, I've sorted out some reference tag problems from your additions to supercontinent and supercontinent cycle. You had used the <ref name=piper > for two or more different references. This resulted in only one of your references showing up in the reference section. I've changed to <ref name=piper1 ><ref name=piper2 > ... to resolve the problem.
