However, I noticed that your username (DrTechDaddy) may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because Usernames that are promotional in nature, or used to promote groups, organizations, of websites, are against Wikipedia policy.. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username, or you may simply create a new account to use for editing. Thank you. I chose that as an alias to avoid the problems alluded to in the guidelines for username which suggest not using one's real name. If this constitutes "promotion" contrary to policy, I will change it.
