Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to Godwin's law, but we cannot accept original research. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, and ideas—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. --- Barek (talkcontribs) - 02:50, 27 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Is it illegitimate to connect two concepts, in a way that illuminates both of them? That's all I was trying to do here.DrEvel00 02:59, 27 September 2014 (UTC)

  • Well, any such connection would have to be made by a reliable source, not by a Wikipedia editor. I might as well connect the concept to some tangential graph, where a plotted line approaches a set value. Sorry. Please don't reinstate this again. Thanks.
