On wikipedia we try to achieve a balanced view using well sourced claims. Your recent edits on Limerick fail the Wikipedia policy on WP:NPOV because they are one sided and because you didn't provide any sources to back up your claims. ... al Seabhcán bin Baloney (Hows my driving?) 18:01, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Limerick. Please be careful not to remove content from Wikipedia without a valid reason, which you should specify in the edit summary or on the article's talk page. Take a look at our welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Demiurge 18:02, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
- Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly, as you are doing in Limerick. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Rather than reverting, discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you. Demiurge 19:37, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
Please Stop!
[edit]Please stop removing sourced material from the Limerick article. You have already been warned. Please discuss future edits on Talk:Limerick. If you continue I will block you. ... al Seabhcán bin Baloney (Hows my driving?) 17:41, 9 December 2006 (UTC)
I didn't remove anything as such; I did move some material around but I certainly didn't intend to remove any significant material. How do I make this point to you directly?
- You can contact another editor through their talk page e.g User_talk:Seabhcan Often (as you can see here) an editor will return to your talk page have leaving a comment to check if you had reply. You could also have brought it up on the Limerick talk page. --sony-youth 18:26, 10 December 2006 (UTC)

Hi. I admit I was removing material early on, simply because I did not know how wikipedia works. At the time I thought that some other contributor was just undoing my edits continuously! I am sorry about that; I eventually realised how the system works and that editors keep close control of edits.
However if you check the most recent edit, which you refer to above: 93167790, you will find that I, in fact, did not remove anything (other than a few words to make it run better). I just reorganised some of the older material and also added in some new material.
It seems sensible to state the statistics first as I did in the new edit and then follow that up with the less concrete, opinion type material.
NB The material which you refer to as missing is just moved to a later point in the article! --Dontknowoo 20:32, 10 December 2006 (UTC)
Can I resubmit this edit? --Dontknowoo 23:47, 11 December 2006 (UTC)
Its best to discuss/propose this on Talk:Limerick ... al Seabhcán bin Baloney (Hows my driving?) 20:17, 12 December 2006 (UTC)
Your recent edits
[edit]Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 22:58, 4 July 2008 (UTC)
