In your recent edit to E-mail privacy, you reverted a change that's been made several times now. Rather than let this develop into an edit war, would you please comment at Talk:E-mail_privacy#The AlBaho Case? Thanks. Rossami (talk) 00:17, 8 February 2007 (UTC)
- Really, you need to be making your comments on the article's Talk page, not emailing me directly.
To your specific question, you could perhaps upload the page as an image. But since that was a relatively recent news article, I'd guess that the article is probably available online. If so, find a copy and post a link so everyone in the debate can read it. Links are better than images.
Having said that, the article you sent me still doesn't answer the core question that the others raised when removing the section from the E-mail privacy page. The article you sent was a brief discussion of the case at the time it was decided. The opening paragraph asserts that it will be a precedent but the article provides no evidence that it has actually become a precedent. Has any other court actually cited the AlBaho case as precedent yet? Or, as the original deleter said, this case only had an impact on the individuals involved?
