Sorry about that! I removed the copyright violation notice from Carping. If you run the external website, I believe there aren't any problems with relicensing the content here. My apologies for my mistake!

However, you may still want to read section 2 of Wikipedia:Avoid neologisms, which discusses the standards for putting new words into Wikipedia. If you still want to keep this article after reviewing those standards, your best bet is to accumulate evidence that this word is used by a largish community of people.
