I am not sockpuppet. Being sockpuppet is wrong thing and I dont do sockpuppetting. The real reason I am block is I posted this seen by syspop DISCOSPINSTER at 23:10, 13 December 2024 and I was blocked by another sysop 2 minutes later. All the things about Blacxstocatamzon, DavidWood11 are nothing with me and afterthought to justify the blocking. I have not done anything to damage this encyclopedia. Actually I have do everything to compliance with laws of Russia and India which I am editing under by WMF Terms of Usages and Universal Code of Conduct which are supreme to any local rules. So kindly unblock me so I can continue editing and improving this encyclopedia. NB: I have not done sockpupping and will never do sockpuppeting.

- Significa liberdade So, Izno noted at the SPI when placing this block that it was based on behaviour rather than technical evidence, and it isn't flagged as a CU block, so technically it didn't require a CU to review - I don't blame you for being cautious though and requesting one. I'll also observe that this unblock request is entirely unacceptable - it partially addresses the reason for the block (there is a blanket denial of being a sock, but the issue of meat is not addressed), but it also assumes bad faith of the blocking admin, and asserts that there was a nefarious real reason behind the block that was different from the stated reason. So, we're off to a bad start; furthermore, when I ran a check, I determined that it was highly likely that the person behind the account had created a new account for themselves (Khatapitainsaan) shortly after being blocked; they have not made any edits with it outside their own userspace, but the act of creating the account was not permitted while they are blocked on this account. I Dmitri Z. am the person behind this account. You show me even 1 edit I make which is wrong or damageing to encyclopidea. Was Zero evidences against me at Sock link. I again say this - Zero evidences. I was only block because of message I post to 1 admins talk page asking to respect WMF policies. - I am not permitted to disclose the evidence that led me to link to Khatapitainsaan account to this one; other checkusers can review it, but we are prohibited from disclosing it by the checkuser policy. I would advise you that doubling down on your accusation of bad faith on the part of the blocking administrator is not persuasive, and it is unlikely to result in a favorable outcome. - Thank you, Girth Summit! I was requesting CU precisely because it was a behavioural block seemingly based off one edit, though it's possible Izno looked into Dmitri2025's edits more closely. - I can't speak for Izno, but from a quick look at the contribs, I'd say it's more than a single edit. The relevant thread at Talk:Republic TV has three comments by Dmitri2025 in support of Zhwiki2943's changes, initiated immediately after their account was created. There is some other stuff that I won't go into here (WP:BEANS), and despite Dmitri2025's assertion above I can see why WP:MEAT was suspected. Girth Summit (blether) 14:45, 17 December 2024 (UTC)
